As a school we are very proud of the young people in our care and their excellent levels of attendance, academic and sporting successes and participation in a wide range of extra- curricular activities. Our staff are dedicated to helping each child achieve his or her full potential and to this end work tirelessly to promote the effective partnerships that have been forged over many years amongst parents, teachers, children and the community we serve.
Recent academic years have seen very significant increases in the percentage of our students achieving the gold standard of 5 or more GCSEs at C grade or better (including English and Maths), those achieving at least 5 A*/As at GCSE and Sixth form students being admitted to university places of their choosing (including Yale, Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities); these results are testament to the academic support that the school provides for pupils of all abilities.
